  Directions

  It is normal for softgels and capsules to get soft and stick together in warm weather then hardening into clumps when they return to a cool or room temperature. This does not affect the quality or efficacy of the ingredients. Either refrigerate or let cool in house, then shake bottle or knock against counter, gently pull apart any remaining clumps.
