Delivery Coverage & Schedule

We currently offer delivery services within Nairobi and selected regions across Kenya.

  • Delivery Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Delivery Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 4:30 PM are processed for same-day delivery within Nairobi.
  • Orders placed after 4:30 PM will be processed on the next working day.

Nairobi Deliveries (Same-Day Service)

We offer same-day delivery within Nairobi using our in-house riders.

Delivery charges are based on location zones and are automatically calculated at checkout:

  • Delivery Fee: Calculated at checkout based on location

Free Pick-Up Option

Customers can opt for free order pick-up from our store location:Location: Adenzo Comfies Limited – 2nd Floor, Broadwalk Mall, Ojijo Road or Village Market, New Wing, 1st Floor.

  • You will be notified once your order is ready for collection via email/call.

Delivery Terms

  • Please ensure your phone number and delivery address are accurate to avoid delays.
  • Our delivery team may contact you via call or WhatsApp for coordination.
  • In case of delays due to traffic, weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will keep you informed promptly.

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailability

A re-delivery fee may apply.
