These Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale (“Terms”) govern the access to, use of and transactions conducted through the website www.adenzo.shop (the “Website”) and any related services provided by Adenzo Comfies Limited (“Adenzo”, “the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing the Website, placing an order, or purchasing any product from Adenzo, you (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from using the Website and our services.

1.0 COMPANY INFORMATION
The legal company name is Adenzo Comfies Limited registered in the republic of Kenya.
Adenzo Comfies Limited is engaged in the retail and distribution of baby and children’s products through online and physical retail channels.
2.0 ELIGIBILITY AND CAPACITY
2.1 By using this Website or purchasing our products you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least eighteen (18) years of age, and or
- You are acting under the supervision and authority of a parent or legal guardian who has the capacity to contract under Kenyan law
2.2 Adenzo does not knowingly enter into contracts with minors.
3.0 SCOPE OF APPLICATION
3.1 These Terms apply to:
- Use of the Website
- All online and in-store purchases
- Any communication or transaction or interaction between Adenzo and the Customer whether electronic or physical
3.2 Where a conflict arises between these Terms and any specific policy (including the Returns & Exchanges Policy, Privacy Policy, or Voucher/Coupon Terms), the specific policy shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
4.0 PRODUCT PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
4.1 Adenzo endeavors to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, images, and prices displayed on the Website or at our stores are accurate and up to date
4.2 Product images are illustrative and may differ slightly from actual products
4.3 Product availability is subject to stock levels, and Adenzo reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time without incurring liability
4.4 Prices are displayed in Kenya Shillings (KES) currency unless otherwise stated. Prices are Exclusive of delivery charges unless expressly indicated.
Promotional pricing is valid only for the stated duration or while stocks last.
5.0 ORDERS, PAYMENT, AND CONTRACT FORMATION
5.1 An order placed through the Website or in-store constitutes an offer by the Customer to purchase products
5.2 No contract arises until payment has been received, and the order has been confirmed by Adenzo
5.3 Adenzo reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or breach of these Terms.
5.4 Accepted methods of payment include:
- Cash (at physical store locations where applicable)
- Mobile money
- Debit/credit cards
- Bank transfer via approved payment gateways
5.5 Refunds for cancelled or returned orders will be processed in accordance with the Returns & Exchanges Policy.
6.0 DELIVERY, CLIENT COLLECTION, AND RISK & OWNERSHIP
6.1 Delivery:
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.
- Customers must inspect products upon receipt and notify Adenzo of any defects or discrepancies within the timelines stated in the Returns & Exchanges Policy.
6.2 Client Collection:
- Customers may choose to collect products from our Nairobi locations:
- Broadwalk Mall, 2nd Floor, Ojijo Road, Nairobi, Kenya
- Village Market, New Wing, 1st Floor, Nairobi, Kenya
6.3 Risk and Ownership:
- Risk in the products passes to you upon acceptance by your authorized representative on delivery or collection.
- Ownership of products remains with Adenzo until full payment has been received.
- For deliveries, ownership passes upon offloading of the products to the pavement at the delivery location.
7.0 ORDER TRACKING AND CANCELLATION
7.1 Customers may track orders using the tracking functionality on the Website or by contacting our customer care team.
7.2 Cancellation:
- Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch or collection.
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued per the Returns & Exchanges Policy.
8.0 VOUCHERS AND COUPONS
8.1 Adenzo may, at its sole discretion, offer Vouchers and Coupons for discounts on selected products.
8.2 Types of Vouchers/Coupons:
Adenzo may issue promotional vouchers, discount codes, or store credits from time to time.
8.3 Terms of Use:
- Vouchers/Coupons are valid for 90 days from issuance.
- Each Voucher/Coupon may only be used once, for one order, and by one account holder
- Certain products may be excluded
- Redemption may require a code entered at checkout online or presentation in-store physically
- Vouchers/Coupons are not refundable or exchangeable for cash or credit
- We may cancel, amend, or reject any Voucher/Coupon at it’s discretion.
9.0 RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS
9.1 Governed by the Returns & Exchanges Policy:
- Standard return window: 24hours from the date of delivery
- Non-returnable items include opened or used hygiene, feeding, and safety products, unless defective
- Refunds, exchanges, or store credit apply depending on the product and condition
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method
10.0 PRODUCT REVIEWS
10.1 Customers may submit reviews for products purchased.
10.2 Adenzo reserves the right to remove reviews that are defamatory, offensive, discriminatory, obscene, or violate any laws or third-party rights.
10.3 Submitted reviews may be used by Adenzo for product and service improvement.
11.0 COLLECTION OF COOKIES
11.1 Adenzo uses cookies on the Website to improve user experience, track preferences, and analyze site traffic.
11.2 By using the Website, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12.0 Warranty Policy
Warranty is applicable only to selected electronic and mechanical baby products, including but not limited to breast pumps, baby swings, and strollers.
All warranty claims are subject to inspection and assessment by Adenzo Comfies Limited. The outcome of the warranty claim will be determined based on the nature of the issue and in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines and policies.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage resulting from:
- Misuse, abuse or improper handling
- Normal wear and tear
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Accidental damage or negligence
Customers are required to report any defects within a reasonable time frame and may be asked to provide proof of purchase and supporting evidence (such as images or videos) for evaluation.
Adenzo Comfies Limited reserves the right to repair, replace, or decline any warranty claim based on the findings of the inspection and the manufacturer’s terms.
13.0 ACCEPTABLE USE OF THE WEBSITE
Customers must not:
- Use the Website for unlawful purposes
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts
- Upload harmful material or malware
Adenzo may restrict or terminate access for misuse.
14.0 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content, designs, software, and trademarks on the website are owned by or licensed to Adenzo Comfies Limited.
No reproduction/modification or commercial use is allowed without prior written consent.
15.0 DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
Adenzo processes personal data in accordance with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019 and our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of personal data as described.
16.0 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY
17.1 To the maximum extent permitted under Kenyan law, Adenzo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
17.2 Total liability arising from any transaction shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant product.
17.3 Customers agree to indemnify Adenzo from any claims, losses, or damages arising from breach of these Terms, misuse of the Website, or violation of applicable laws.
18.0 THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES
The Website may contain links to third-party websites. Adenzo does not control or accept liability for content, policies, or practices of such websites.
19.0 AMENDMENTS
Adenzo reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website or services after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
20.0 GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. The courts of Kenya shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
21.0 ANTI-FRAUD CLAUSE
Adenzo reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity, misuse of the platform, or violation of these Terms.
22.0 PRICING ERROR PROTECTION CLAUSE
In the event of a pricing, product description, or system error, Adenzo reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been made. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
23.0 NO RESALE CLAUSE
Products sold by Adenzo are intended for personal use only and may not be purchased for resale or commercial distribution without prior written consent from the Company.
