The Natural Response teat follows your baby's natural feeding rhythm, making it easy to combine breast and bottle feeding. The teat has a unique opening that only releases milk when your baby is actively sucking. So the milk flow stops when your baby stops sucking to swallow and breathe.
The wide, soft and flexible nipple is designed to mimic the shape and feel of a breast, helping baby to latch on and feed comfortably.
We all learn at our own pace. Sucking is a skill, and some babies develop it faster than others. That’s why some babies may need to start with our “First Flow” nipple (0 Nipple) before moving on to Natural Response nipples. Switch to the “First Flow” nipple if it takes your baby longer than 20 minutes to drink 50 ml/1.7 oz with the Natural Response nipple. Try the higher flow Natural Response nipple if your baby is playing with the nipple instead of drinking or seems frustrated. If feeding difficulties persist, consult a healthcare professional.
